We’re looking for a Site Administrator to join our dynamic team in Red Deer, AB starting March  2025.  We are seeking a Site Administrator with a strong background utilizing Customer Relationship Management systems and supporting our current administrative team with the roll out of new payroll processes. This is a maintenance project anticipated to end September 2025, with potential to go longer. Preference will be given to local candidates in the Red Deer region.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems based programs
  • Utilizing client program systems
  • Reconciling vendor invoices
  • Update crew lists.
  • Balancing time between internal and external systems
  • Process paperwork for all site based employees.
  • Maintain employee files and keep accurate employee information
  • Prepare daily force reports.
  • Complete other administrative duties and reports as directed by the Project Manager and Site Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma
  • 2-4 years’ administrative construction experience
  • Experience utilizing Track considered an asset
  • Advanced computer skills specifically in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Highest standard of professional ethics, confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently with strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritization and follow up
  • Self-motivated, action oriented and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently on routine tasks with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in challenging, fast paced environment
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • CSTS 20
  • H2S Alive (Energy Safety Canada)
  • Pre-access Drug and Alcohol test
