Responsibilities

  • Prepare electronic timesheets based on field timesheets.
  • Input timesheet data into SAP.
  • Input time into client system Track
  • Reconcile payroll hours to both systems
  • Update crew lists.
  • Resolve employee’s payroll issues.
  • Process paperwork for terminated employees.
  • Maintain employee files.
  • Prepare daily force reports.
  • Entering equipment-material-expenses
  • Creating lems and Generate/Create Invoices
  • Complete other administrative duties and reports as directed by the Project Admin Manager and Site Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma
  • 2-4 years’ administrative construction experience
  • Advanced computer skills specifically in MS Excel, MS Word and SAP/Track a asset
  • Highest standard of professional ethics, confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently with strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritization and follow up
  • Self-motivated, action oriented and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently on routine tasks with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in challenging, fast paced environment
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Required Safety Tickets:
    • CSTS-2020
  • Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test

Working Conditions 

  • Working in a Office or Site Environment
  • Personal safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots on site
