Schedule: Pre and Post Turnaround 4, 10s Turnaround – 6 days on 1 day off

You Are:
A seasoned HSE Advisor with experience working turnarounds on a Petro Chemical facility, ideally local to Saint John, NB with a strong commitment to safety and compliance You’re looking to contribute your expertise to a turnaround project where safety, support and adherence to standards are truly valued.

Stuart Olson is hiring for our 2026 turnaround project in Saint John, NB. In this role, you’ll work closely with site leadership to promote a proactive safety culture, support field personnel, and ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor crews on HSE practices
- Conduct hazard assessments, inspections, and incident investigations
- Maintain safety documentation and corrective action logs
- Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Maintain a strong field presence (85% of time)
Qualifications
- NCSO designation (CRSP, CSP, or NEBOSH preferred)
- 3–7 years of HSE experience in industrial or maintenance environments
- CSTS 2020
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
