Responsibilities

Reporting to the Inventory Management Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
  • Scan documents and print files when needed
  • Keeping information confidential
  • Receive and coordinate transfers, cross-referencing data/documents as required
  • Accurately enter and update inventory data in the system.
  • Update spreadsheets to track important information
  • Export and import data utilizing Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel Data Entry
  • Exemplify company core values and data integrity

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Suite programs, specifically Excel
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills-  must be able to work well with others
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs
  • Strong analytical skills, a high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to consistently transpose information from paper to an Excel spreadsheet accurately, identifying any discrepancies found
  • 1-3 years experience in an administrative, document control, or inventory management capacity, preferably in a construction, industrial maintenance or similar organization
  • Ability to operate within an environment where change happens frequently
  • Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups
  • Good written and oral communication skills; thoughtful, proactive, creative and pragmatic
  • Able to manage priorities and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them


    Working Conditions

    • Must be cleanly shaven daily
    • Steel toe safety footwear is required to access the office location
    • Pre-access A&D and random drug and alcohol testing

    Education/Training

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or a related field are desirable.
    • Previous experience in inventory management or a similar environment is preferred; however not required.
    • Successful candidates must complete CSO/BSO, CSTS-09, or CSTS2020 to access the site.
